Interview with Pretty Msimanga, Feso Hair Clinic Administrator

CHESSCO recently had a short interview with Pretty Msimanga, FESO Hair Clinic Administrator. We wanted to find out a about her background and experience working at Feso.

CHESSCO 
Good morning Pretty Msimanga. How are you doing?

Pretty Msimanga 
I am fine. How are you?

CHESSCO 
I am all right. We want to find out a bit about you. Tell us a bit of yourself, your background and everything like that.

Pretty Msimanga 
My name is Pretty Msimanga, and I work as an office administrator at Feso. I joined the company earlier this year (2021). I met Dr Kuda Mupawose three years back, where I was previously working as a doctor’s assistant. She was our associate back then, but now she’s my boss.

CHESSCO 
Excellent. So, you worked with Dr Kuda before you came to Feso? (Yes.)Okay, and are you based at The Hair Clinic.

Pretty Msimanga 
Yes. I am based at Feso Hair Clinic for now. But maybe next year, I might go on rotation as Feso is about to open a new branch in Durban.

CHESSCO 
That sounds very interesting. Now, tell us what it is like working at Feso Hair Clinic?

Okay, Feso, it has been an excellent experience for me, as someone previously working with doctors. I like it when I meet new people, to be able to learn about hair loss disorders, learning about new treatments, being able to be of help when someone is relying on me giving information about our services and products and as one person who has also been affected.  I also have had hair loss problems before. So now it is easy for me to assist people by giving information about the condition that I know and about services we offer and giving information about hair loss issues.

CHESSCO 
Fantastic. Thank you so much for sharing that. What’s unique about Feso?

Pretty Msimanga 
I see Feso as a solution to people and for people through their amazing treatments and products.  The products are unique because Feso is a water-based product with 70% water-base and 30% natural oils. Feso cannot be found in supermarkets or other shops. This makes Feso unique, and the natural ingredients put in it make it special because it also stimulates hair growth. So, as we all know, we have hundreds of products on the shelves, and its been said that they also stimulate hair growth. But with our Feso, so we see it as a solution for Black or African hair,

CHESSCO 
That’s good to hear. Because I know, sometimes people complain that we don’t have many products in the market for black people. Now, if somebody is considering coming to Feso, or why should they come to Feso, let’s say instead of going to another company that might offer products, which maybe could be similar. Any thoughts on that?

Pretty Msimanga 
I said before that Feso products focus more on black or African hair. I’m not saying the Feso products won’t work for whites and Indians or other Asian races, but we all know that the products that are on the shelf more in most cases, you will find that they were meant for white people’s hair or Indians’ hair, not for Africans.

Pretty Msimanga 
So Feso, it’s a solution, and I feel like, for people who had issues with hair loss before, it’s high time for them to give the Feso a try. And we understand that people are devastated, stressed they’re depressed, and have no self-esteem and confidence because they are losing hair. So Feso, we are not saying, or we are not claiming that we’re going to give them the 100% result, but we have positive feedback for like, we have good feedback from our patients we have been using Feso. For instance, I would say 90% of people are getting positive results after using Feso.

CHESSCO

That’s great now; so many people are talking about Black Friday, several companies are talking about Black Friday. Do you have any black Friday specials as a company?
